Neville Goddard said to persist in the assumption you are the person you want to be. I used to have a negative feeling of what it means to persist, until I decided it doesn't mean what I think it does. One definition of persist means staying the course in spite of difficulty or failure. It also means to continue to exist. I like that. So continue to exist in the your ideal state, morning, noon, and night.
